Communities range in size from less than a hundred to 3,000, so no matter what level of rural you are looking for; there is one to fit your desire in Marshall County. Each community has a genuinely charming attitude. Even though all nine incorporated and seven unincorporated communities lie within the four walls of Marshall County, each area has their own unique breath taking scenery.

Our high quality of life style at a low cost of living offers a safe place to live, work and play. Health care is available throughout the county. An abundance of educational opportunities are available and diversity rings true in our business districts. Highways 36 and 77 run through the county and if they can not take you to your destination, Highways 9 and 99 likely to be heading in your direction.

For the kids and the kids at heart, recreation and cultural activities are numerous. Whether your tastes are hunting and fishing, basketball and baseball or performances and entertainment, there are options to fill your free time.
